No Refund Policy
Thank you for using Credefence. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or subscribing to our services.
All Sales Are Final
All payments made for our device financing protection services are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction has been completed and payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Service Charges
All service charges, including but not limited to per-device fees, subscription fees, and any other charges associated with using the Credefence platform, are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
Free Trial
We offer a free trial for the first 10 device enrollments to allow you to evaluate our services before making any payment. We encourage all users to fully utilize this trial period to assess whether our platform meets their requirements. No payment is required during the trial period, and therefore no refund issue arises for trial usage.
Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. However, cancellation of your account does not entitle you to any refund of fees already paid. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
Exceptions
In the rare event of a billing error or duplicate charge on our part, please contact us immediately at hello@credefence.com. We will review such cases on an individual basis and, if a genuine error is confirmed, we will process the necessary correction.
Acknowledgment
By using our platform and making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy. You agree that you are making an informed decision and accept that all payments are final and non-refundable.
